Premium gear lube 858064K01 is for use in all Mercury and Mariner outboards and jet pumps below 75 hp. Provides maximum protection against excessive wear, even in presence of water in side the gearcase. Prevents corrosion and pitting of gears and gearcase parts. Mercury recommends the gear lube be changed at least once per year (prior to storage) or every 100 hours of operation. See your owner's manual for specific recommendations.
